HI,

Thanks in avdance to all experts, I am using KANBAN having scanner functionality for kanban signal using bin empty & full status (only two status)

scenario:- when I scan, does it possible to setup only with one scan to show empty & full, vs. one scan for each step.

    Hi,

1.I think you are looking for one step in which the status should change to empty and also to Full.

Generally this is possible since we will be using the Z program with some function module to do the status changes.

But the process should be inline with the Business , since any process will have lead time irrespective of the status.

ie) From Empty to Full - Which means the Production is completed.

Full to Emtpy - Which means to Produce .

so if we do the status change at one go, then i think this may be inconsistent with the shop Floor status

For this a detail analysis can be done and imparted.

I need a place to write the code so that when I scan from full then full to enpty (mvmt 311 to be triggered )& staus to be jump again full when saved. means two status & their actiivieis in one scan but to do zee I do not see any user exist or bapi which will trigger this before saving. no customization setting also not allow me to cahnge the status in spro from madetory to optional in access sequesce. Can u guide me for this?
