Blank preview

Hi,

I am using Crystal Xcelsius 2008; Version 5.0.0.99, Build 12,1,0,247. After clicking the preview button, I do get the progress bar saying 'Generating swf". However, once in the preview mode, a BLANK screen appears, without any components.

This is happening with only one of my dashboards. Others work fine. However, this dashboard has beed developed identically to the others, and I am able to refresh the data in this dashboard through Live Office, and the data too appears fine. Its only a problem with the preview, that a completely blank screen appears.

Any help will be appreciated.
