Problem in using SAP help

Hi,

There are two issues that I want to discuss.

1. When ever I print the topic and all topics below that, I am not getting the pictures, whereas if I print the individual topic i get the pictures. Can someone tell me the reason for the same.

2. When I click on any of the links especially the <--> button which would open the corresponding CHM file if different, I get the following error, Object doesnt support this property or method. I get the same when I click on any link obtained from search in the main document. Please guide me how I may rectify this.

Pavan,

I guess your first problem is because of buffer memory restriction placed by printer. When you try to print stuff which is too big to occupy buffer memory then sometimes printer skips intense printing areas like pictures. For making this sure you can print any other documents like .pdf or .ppt format with large scale(100 pages at a time) using other packages (Say acrobat reader ,MS power Point).

But I am able to print using other applications. Could it be that the installation is not proper. But I even tried installing again.

Infact it works perfectly on some comps, whereas in some we have this problem.
