KM TREX feature....

Hi All,

This seems to be a very silly query..but suprisingly SAP Trex Search does not cater to this...

I have a large KM Structure with around 6 levels and around 100-150 folders. As a content administrator, when there is a scenario to create a new folder, I would like to first check whether there is a folder already existing....so that I do not duplicate entry.

Unfortunatly even "Advanced Search" does not give me this flexibility....for eg in Windows explorer..when I run a search, I can get folders with the same name..

How can I search for a folder with the same name ?? Any suggestions.

Regards,

Rajan.K

    Hi Rajan,

not a silly question at all.

Folders, taxonomy nodes - or by their generic name "collection resources" - will become indexable and searchable by their name and description with one of NetWeaver'04 packages.

You are correct, with current releases only the individual documents are returned in search results.

    Regards,

    Karsten
