creating tapstrip

i am trying to create a tapstrip control and is giving me a hard time. I have tried with the tapstrip wizard and without the wizard help.

I put the input fields on each of the subscreen, but when i run the program it gives me a error saying ' screen 0200 must not be an include screen. '. i am lost

if someone can help me i will be grateful.

Hi Fidel,

When creating a tabstrip, please keep the following in mind.

Decide how many tabs u will have. Each table relates to a button.

Now, you might place one subscreen area in all the tabs or different ones in each one. I would suggest using 1 in all so that the PBO and PAI will trigger fewer.

Now once you placed the subscreen area into the tabs, go and define the tab strip in the program. Now in the PBO appropriate set the screen and program name for the subscreen area, based on the function code of the tabstrip.

Initially u may have to set a default one. In pai, you have to set ACTIVETAB field to the tab that has to displayed, and you have ur tabstrip running.

As for the error you have plz give little more specific details before i can help.
