I have a very stange requirement.
I have already configured a absence Sick leave which does not have any deductions.
Which means that employee is elidigble for unlimited sick leave. Which is correct and what is required.
But their is an additional requirement on top of this, which is to have an option, where any employee abusing unlimited sick leave, should be set up with limited sick leave option.
So if this employess apply for any more sick leave will be deducted against qquota deduction for sick leave which is maintained in 2006.
How can we configure this with out employee choosing a different absence code ?
