Process chain error

Hi All,

Recently I included a master data load in process chain. The update mode is full update. There is an error in the attribute load. The service order which has the error is very old, of the year 2008 and it has no transaction. User says that it cannot be corrected in source system. Is there any way to exclude that particular record to get loadedwhile the process chain executes.

Please provide me with your suggestions.
