Up Interval in Query designer showing Characteristic has no master data

Dear all,

I need help from your part.

I created a variable type interval for characteristic CALMONTH. When I try to execute the query in web (7.0) I am getting the following error:

Characteristic has no master data for '10.2009'

All the time the error appears for the upper interval. I searched in SE91 the message but could not find it, and note 1149556 cannot be implemented in our system.

Also, if I enter the values manually, the report brings data. In BEx Analyzer this is not happening.

Please helppp. Any answer will be rewarded.
