enhance MDSD 4.0

dear experts,

i need to enhance the MDSD4.0 application to support Arabic language or any RTL language ( just the master data will be with this language)

i have got the enhancement guide for MDSD4.0 .... but could you help me with your ideas how to make this language supported ?
