Getting FI data from a Retail Store

Would there be anyone who would have dealt with a scenario where financial data is moved across to SAP from a legacy Point of Sale retail store. And what if the point of sale would be treated as a company code.

There would be no SD interaction. Only the financial data needs to move to SAP for control and consolidation.

How should this be done?
