Not able to run Hiring Action

Dear All

I have done all configuration for pa 40 and created Hiring Action in IMG. But when I running hiring action using pa40 I am getting error after saving 0000(Action) Info type.

The error is Table T589A is not maintained for P Data. But I checked that table through SM 30 it's available for P INS.

So is that my problem or sys/server problem. Because I am just using IDES server.

Pls guide me.
