How to get the previous year crt value using current year

Hello all:

I am new to Sap payroll.

I am developing a payroll report in which i need to find the last CRT (PC22Y cluster) record for the previous year Using the current year.

I know till thsi part,

ie., first i need to read rgdir table and if i know the sequence number then i can read the pcl2 cluster the macro, but i am not sure how to get the sequence number based on my above requirement.

Please help me in solving this.
