BEx query and master data read

Hi experts !

Actually I am deal with a BEX query in BW 7.0.

I have some performance issue when I use a bex query. My query read data from a cube, but in addition use a read from a master data.

Indeed query uses several key figures but in particular one of those is able to read a key figure from a master data.

I will better detail this approch.

My key figure is named "Outstanding". It is setted to read a key figure calculated called "Outstanding Calc". Into this "Outstanding Calc" there is a formula where I use a variable called "Outstanding Var".

This "Outstanding Var" reads whith a Replacement Path a key figure, called "Outstanding MD" that is content into the master data of an infoobject.

To resume, the path is the following

Outstanding --> Outstanding Calc --> Outstanding Var --> Outstanding MD

This approch is due to the fact that the value reported into my master data is better update that the cube. Therefore I cannot insert the Outstanding MD values into my cube but I am constraint to use read it externally.

Do you know another method to read a value externally from a cube ?

Do you think that I can use a Multiprovider (to link the cube and the master data), without no preformance issues ?

Thank'you a lot !

That is the ideal way of doing it. Create a multiprovider on top of the Cube and InfoObject.
