+ve time evaluation and PCR for day processing

Dear Experts,

If attendance it been recorded in IT2002 for regular attendance type; and no time events available then is it possible to have +ve time evaluation.

(Actually we don't want to record Leave without pay in the system and it should be flat if the day is a working day and there's no any time record exist then it should be processed in payroll as leave without pay)

Which PCR should be modified and What changes should be done for the same.
