Rebates for SAP 4.7

Hi SAP Gurus!

Our client is using 4.7 and right now have no access to SAP 4.7 just ECC 6.0.

Does anyone know if scales for Rebates is already available in SAP 4.7?

Example:

1. Below 9K = 10%

Above 9K = 13%

2. Above 800 cartons = 5%

1500 cartons = 8%

Scales in Rebate available in 4.7 which we are using.
