content-based routing

Hi again!

Is it right that for content-based routing capabilities I do need the business process engine? The routing done by the integration engine is statically, isn't it?

regards,

Torsten

    Hi!

With XI 2.0 you do not need a business process engine to do content-based routing. You can specifiy XPath routing rules and the XI Integration Engine will decide upon the payload to which receivers a messages needs to be sent.

This is possible w/ XI 1.0 as well using XPath like receiver determination based on "PartnerId" of PO
