SAP Associate Certification - How to get S-ID and Logo?

Hi,

I have completed my C_BOE_30 SAP Application Associate - Business Objects 3.1 Certification.

And, i have received my certificate also.

How do I get my S-ID?

How do I get my Certification Logo?

Kindly help me on this.
