how to clear an invoice with program RFEBBU00

Hi All,

We have a lockbox requirement, in which we need to develop a custom program which will check the invoice amount with lockbox check amount and if amount matches within tolerance, it'll clear that invoice. Standard program RFEBLB30 is calling this program RFEBBU00. Can I use this program to clear my invoice?

Please help me on this.

Hi,

I saw ur posting in SAP Form. Reason to get in touch with you is my company want to use lockbox. so regarding same our project is having some questions. We are hoping might you have some answers.

1 . FLB2. upload BAI file format ..

1.1 system can import the file in system but ..

1.2 status : unproceesed .. ( Q : why is in unproceesed status )

2. FLBP Post the lockbox

2.1 system is giving this error. ( Table T049B does not have an entry with key LOCKBOX IDOC )

My understanding :

2.2 System is using the RFEBLB30 ..

2.3 in which program is using format = idoc ... ..

(But . we r using BAI file format .. So In OBAY .. i define BAI ... not IDOC ..)

Que : how can i solve this error to run FLBP ..
