RR Run

Hi all

The issue is regarding the RR Run. When replenishment run taken automatically sometimes planning service manager did not generate orders for some customer and after that when we take manual run planning service manager generates orders for those remaining customer.

We have fixed customer for each day to take RR Run and as per my analysis the orders are also failed for fixed customer of each day, Ex. On Monday no manual run require but on Wednesday PSM generates order for 3 customers & for rest for 4 customers we have to take manual run and after manual run orders gets generated for remaining customers the 3 customer are fixed, every wednesday they failed.

We have created day wise variant and we have background job set day wise. We are using same variant for auto run as well as manual run.

Kindly help me out to resolve this issue.

Check the slg1 log for your planning run when you have no orders, i am sure you will find your answer there.
