SLD Configuration

I was doing some R&D on SAP Netweaver. I was trying to call A RFC from a SAP J2EE Engine but when I try to execute RZ70 transaction, It fails to connect to the Web Application Server. What I feel is I am unable to find these two programs,

1) SLD_NUC

2)SLD_UC.

Please help me out to resolve this problem.
