user exits

I want to learn how to create and use user exits.

Does someone now where can I find documentation related to user exits?.

And also i have a problem with the application help in mini sap 6.10 ( the shh.exe is not in the directory where the software look for it). does anyone have the same problem, if so have any of you solve it?

    User exits are like backdoors in the sap r/3 application.

    To find where are the UE, you can use some techniques. The most polite is to review module's customizing guides to see what UEs Sap offers in that module.

    You can look at http://help.sap.com to find additional information about implementing UES
