"Unknwon object type BUS2031" when creating follow-up document in SAP CRM

Hello,

we have the following problem:

In SAP CRM we open an ERP-Quote and create an activity as a follow-up document (e.g. task). When we open the follow-up-document we get the error "Unknown object type BUS2031". When click on the Quotation link in the transaction history in this activity you get a blank screen.

After we looked in KBA´s and other topics we only found the info that the logical system in transaction bd97 should be the same as in customizing for ERP transactions. Both entries will be the same, but we still gets this error.

How can we fix the problem?`Thank you for any help.

Have you already followed the recommendations of KBA :

1986231 - Unknown object type BUS2031 ?
