    Hello,

Since it's on HR data issue, please check:

PBAS0001 (PBO u2013 process before output in an infotype operation) and

PBAS0002 (PAI u2013 process after input)

    Regards.

    Bentow.

    • hi all

the problem is when we book on holiday after the quota is oover ...

Suppose we book for the month of nov whole day and quota is getting over oke

And when user book for thu and fri (week holiday ) in dec , system is accepting / saving without Quota deduction .

      can we control this

      Logically this is not worng

but system should show a mesage ,

      "Attendance/absence type 1001 requires minimum of 1 attendance/absence days

      Howe can do this .

i did (Absence inout check as )Absence type as "Error " message .

But still Holidays are saving , can we fix this or how we can convinve the client ?

Means the system is allowing to give more leaves than the quotas eligible by the employee right

in that case check Deduction rule for absence Quota V_556R_B and check whether you have assigned this deduction rule to your Counting rule T556C later assign this counting rule to your absence quota in V_554S_Q

    Hi,

i hope, you might configured the negative deduction configuration in table V_556A_B. Please check once.
