in STD Report KSB1,

Hello Expert,

When we run the transaction KSB1 and get report,(We can change its lay out)

The user then selects the option from the layout icon and add a column named Time created,

The data displayed in the colums is in a STRANGE Format (6,602,136,020,000)

 can this be amended to a 24 hour clock display or a display that is more appropriate?

Please advise for the same

thanks and regards

    Hi sanjibb,

you can't change that field, but I think what your user wants are the fields "created on " and "entered at", which display date and time respectively in the usual formats.

    Regards

    Nikolas

    Hello Sanjib,

That strange format is called the timestamp and time and date are recorded in that format. You can ask the user to select the column called 'Time Entered' in KSB1 that is the time the document was created and is in HH:MM:SS format.

    Kind Regards /// Shaubhik
