GR document not printing in MB90

Hi All,

I have made a GR but the documnet is unlabe to tbe pirnted by MB90.

It always says that "No messages for initial processing exists....."

How can i print this document now

Hi,

Use t.code:MB02 , enter material document number. Double click on line item and select messages,separate screen will be opened to configure outputs. Give the required fields , like eaxample Output Type: WE03 or WE01 and save the document.

Now you can have print of material document in t.code: MB90

Note: Checkek following

1 .Did you define Printer in OMBR

2. Check material document printout in OMB5

3. Chcek & Assign form in OMBU

4. Also Assign the printer to WE01/WE03 output type in OMJ3 Tcode with combination of Plant + Storage location

5. Maintain the condition record in MN21 or NACE for individual slips or collective slips(WE01/WE03 )

After doing the above steps you need to select the print button when you are doing MIGO_GR and select the slip types like individual or collective(WE01/WE03 )

If you maintain the condition record as print immediatley you will get the print out immedialtley when save the document otherwise run T.code MB90.

The configuration steps are ok, since all other GR documents are already printing.

Only this particular document is not printing

Check you maintained all the configuration steps requried for the same................and also check......

You had assigned the printer to output type in OMJ3 Tcode with combination of Plant+Storage location..............

Hi,

Check whether the the check box is ticked in general data tab in GRN document............

And also try to trigger new output with MB02 -Enter material document number and year........Goto-Details from item.......Messages-Enter your GRN output type -

and communication method and also change the dispatch time in further data............

Then try to display the output it will work............
