Apply Hierarchy/Attribute Changes -- Scheduling

Hi,

In APO ( BW 2.1C ) , is there a way to trigger 'Apply Hierarchy / Attribute Changes' via an ABAP program.

I am using an ABAP program to upload master data by triggering a infopak through an event. I would like to activate the master data automatically as well.
