Navigation Bar URLs

Hi,

I'm trying to create a detailed navigation screen, BUT, I want it to have the same URL/link as what is in the first level navigation bar. So, for example, if I click on Employee Self-Service, the page with all the iViews is loaded, along with the second level navigation bar. How can I capture what the URL is for that link, so I can add it to an iView/detailed navigation?
