Regarding Org structure creation along with Hiring!

Hello All,

I am looking for Hiring for which i want to create Org. unit then position in that Org Unit, then create relationship in that hierarchy for reporting manager.

Can anybody guide me on the same as i am new to this. I know The Tcodes and all but seeks guidance in creation.

Looking for step by step assistance on the same.
