Refreshing Business System in Integration Builder...

I notice that if I create a new business system in the SLD that it does not immediately appear in the configuration tool but only the next day...I suppose after a system reboot.

Is there any way that I can make it appear......I have used the adminstration function within the SLD to start and stop the server but it made no difference.
