0BBP_TD_SC_APPR_1 Shopping Cart Approver not extracting the Approver Data

Hi All,

The Data source 0BBP_TD_SC_APPR_1 is not extracting the Approver Id , approval start date, approval start time and approval end date and approval end time unless the Shopping cart is fully approved (I1129)or fully rejected(I1016).

Please let me know if any body has made some work around for this.

Hi Milan,

We are also using 0BBP_TD_SC_1 in our project. That will give you the last approver detail only. But we want the details of all the approver.

I already gone through the help. Just want to know is there any work around to get the approver detail in between.

Suppose I have created a sc with 3 approvers. Currently it is approved by 2 approvers. So the status of the SC is awating approval. So when I run my extractor now it should give me the approval details of the 2 approvers those who approved the SC.

Any Idea?? Is there any work around to get the same.

Hi,

This extractor will bring - approvers that have approved or rejected a shopping cart.

so, you might find some approvers as blank ( which we do as well).

As you mentioned before, the extractor 0BBP_TD_SC_APPR_1 is intended to deliver only the information for Shopping Carts having either status (STAT_RELEASE) 'Approved' (I1129) or 'Release Rejected' (I1016).

Have you considered using the Extractor 0BBP_TD_SC_1 instead?

Have you applied any SAP Note to solve this problem? Please check if SAP Note 1391944 - "Approval info missing in extractor - 0BBP_TD_SC_APPR_1" is applicable to your system.
