Please let me know how to increase the performace of java stack i.e SLD,ESR,ID and runtime work bench

Turn Synchronous off (sxmb_adm-->Integration Engine Config then Logging and Logging Synch: set to 0)
Set "EO_MSG_SIZE_LIMIT" : put current value of 5. In this way, any message greater than 5 GB, will process in an extra queue.
