SBO: Change the date format

Hello,

I have a client who wants a specific dat format like dd-mmm.-year (example : 29-Mar.-2004).

But, apparently SAPb1 doesn't support that. Do you know how I can change it and how it can appear like that on every reports ?

Hi Vincent,

you can change the seperator ("Administration" / "System initialization" / "General settings" / "Display"), but the format itself (numbers or text for <month>) cannot be modified.

even with the SDK it's not possible to do that ? I have a client who works with US companies, french company and others companies. For them it's quite confusing this date format...

Hi Vincent,

You can make a special date format with the "Formatted search" option (see topic "Formatted search" in this forum). I've made it for single field, but for all application - it must be a lot of work.
