Error While Installing ADDONS for SAP XI on SAP Web AS 620

Hi all

I am facing the problem while installing the SAP XI addons on Web AS 620 APPINT 200_620. After Installing SAP Web AS 620 and while Preparing the Web AS 620 for SAP XI 2.0. It is giving the Error while installing the APPINT

200_620 addon's for the SAP XI system as

ERROR IN PHASE: IMPORT_PROPER

REASON OF ERROR: TP_INTERFACE_FAILURE

I have faced the same problem while installing the BASIS support pack 19 whichi have cleared.I have even upgraded the Kernal but i could face the same problem .Can any one solve this error.
