Problem to upload a catalog automaticaly in SRM-MDM Catalog 3.0

Dear SAP,

We can upload the catalog manually from a text file to SRM-MDM Catalog 3.0.

In our DEV system, when the txt file (catalog) is generated on OS level, the process starts automatically and it is imported in SRM-MDM Catalog.

In our QAS and PRD system, we can process this operation manually. It works.

But when the txt file (catalog) is generated on OS leved, the process does not start automatically.

I get this error :

What about "File failed a crc check" error ?
