How to modify or cancel the finished task in UWL

Hello experts.

I'm using BPM on SAP NetWeaver Composition Environment 7.2,

and now investigating whether it is possible to implement the functions which customers require.

What I want to know is;

is it possible to modify the information you put in a task or even cancel the task,

when the task is already completed and the next task is activated?

A presumable situation is like this:

a purchaser orders stocks in a task in UWL where he/she inputs the name and the number of the stock.

After completing the task(i.e. the next approval task is activated),

he/she notices that a wrong name was input and wants to modify it, or cancel the order.

I can't find how to make this.

I have one text by a SAP consultant which indicates it seems to be possible.

Although the original Japanese text is a little ambiguous,

I try to translate it into English as precise as possible.

Setting an appropriate authority on BPM

enables you to modify the information you put in a task which is already completed.

Unfortunately it's not shown in the sentence that to WHAT on BPM an authority should be given.

Maybe to USER, or maybe to TASK. It's hard to figure out clearly.

Do you have any ideas?

Any hints will be appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

    Check this blog

Basically you need to model your process in such a way that the requestor can review his request after submission.

So once user requestor submits ,he/she has to get a task again asking to review and submit the request.

Thank you for your straightforward explanation.

      It's really of great help.

Maybe I have a misunderstanding about what the japanese consultant wrote...

Anyway, I came to a conclusion that I should set an appropriate process on NW Develop Studio

      to imploement modifying/canceling-task function.

Anil, I really appreciate for your help.

      Thank you very much !
