Hi Antonio,

Why would you want to do this? What is your eventual goal?

Thanks Diana,

Instead of attaching several jpeg files containing each one a single chart, I want to add several chart into one single jpeg file. I want to do so because we are talking about 10 charts .

Antonio,

I don't see any way to combine these images into a single image. What is the ultimate purpose of the combined image? To send as an email? To display on a web page?

Thanks,

Diana

Hi Diana

No , I do not want to merge or combine images ( charts ) one on top of another . I want to use one jpeg file which has several independent charts .

The image combiner action will allow you to 'tile' your pictures into a canvas for a single image.

Antonio,

Please try using the Image Combiner as Jeremy suggested. I believe you can set it up with the images side by side or top and bottom in a single image file. I have only used it laying one image on top of the other, so can't give you more details on how to.

Antonio,

The concept to grasp here (which I finally did) is to create a good-sized canvas image first, for example, with MSPaint. This becomes the "board" on which you pin your images. Use the Image Loader to load it into the transaction, and then use an Image Combiner action to combine the canvas and your first image. Next, take the output of that Image Loader and use it in the next Image Loader, setting the coordinates ("the pins") to arrange your images.

I just tried it, and was very happy with the result

Hi Diana,

Great, I finally created two charts in one jpeg file to be sent to users . Instead of creating a canvas with MSPaint , I used the image creator action which worked fine as well.

Thanks a lot to all of you , Best regards,
