unable to create j2ee project

hi

i installed the sneak preview some days before. as i got to the examples i didn't had the project type "j2ee" (i'd like to create a EJB Module Project). after reinstalling the whole thing, things didn't became better.

i don't know why, but if i go to the menu File->new->Project i just get the standart eclipse types and 2 sap-types, "mobile dev. kit" and "portal application".

i think i didn't configure the SAP NW dev. studio correctly.

any help & suggestions appreciated

ciao

simon

It may be better if you first change to J2EE Perspective, which is an eclipse specialty. You do this via Window-> Open Perspective... menu.

But even in other perspectives I'm still able to open SAP projects (and don't have me and portal, as this currently is not in this install). Did you have eclipse installed before?

In that case your installation may have written another eclipse on your computer and you may have started the wrong one...

    Regards,

    Benny

      hi benny

the problem is now solved; i had a bad registry and several previous installations (although it shouldn't happen that the new installation is corrupt)

after reinstalling on a new pc it is finally working.

      thanks
