CHARM: Unable to find "Logon to the System" in Actions

Hi Experts,

I have created SDCR type of change document successfully using appropriate maintenance cycle. For testing purpose, I am using a user who has SAP_ALL profile. So, this user is doing everything like, create a change document, approving and so on. As a next standard step, this user (whose BP number is 120), is trying to set the status of change document to "In Development" and log on to the back end system to implement changes. However, I have got the below surprises:

1. System automatically picked up BP as 160.

2. In field "Current Processor" of the SDHF document flow of main change request, when I mention BP as 120, system throws below error message:

Only one partner function of function category Person Responsible is allowed

3. When I mention BP as 120 back in Current Processor field, error message goes off. However, I could not find the option of "Logon to System"

May anybody please tell me how I can fix this issue?

Hoping to have valuable suggestions.

Regards,

Faisal

Hi Faisal,

Create a new user assign a BP and try the steps again.

Also Check BP 160 is for which user. Probably you have assign BP wrongly.

Hi,

please check the scheduling condition for the action "Logon to system". If it seems to be OK, please delete the contition and try again if you can see the action now. With no scheduling condition it should be visible in every status.

Sometimes the condition delivered by SAP does not work...

Christoph

Hi All,

There is a small information I want to share with you. I can access the "Logon to System" option from SCMA (Task List) TCODE. Having gone there, if I select DEV system -> Logon to System and execute, it is properly taking me to the DEV system. However, the same action is not possible from within the Action button since I dont find it there!

May anybody comment on this?

Faisal

"Logon to system" is an action that in my case come with an error from SAP, go to transaction SPPFCADM, select CRM_ORDER, the press "Condition configuration", on your left select "Action profile: normal correction" (or the document is causing troubles) , the on your right double click to "logon to system", in the lower part go to tab "Schedule condition" and "edit condition", then press "check", probably it will throw you an error, if it is the case, it is pretty easy to correct it. If no error exists, proceed as Chritoph explained.

Hi,

Thank you very much for your help. I did the same as you suggested and it gave me below error message:

The condition has syntax errors! Open condition editor

When I clicked on the condition definition, it opened the condition editor. However, I am unable to follow further. May you please help me further?

There is an "OR" missing, check that

( " in Bearbeitung

&CRM Service Process.ErrorFreeFlag& = X

and &CRM Service Process.User Status& [*] E0002D+HEAD

) " in Bearbeitung

or ( " Erlaubte Status auch im Fehlerfall

&CRM Service Process.User Status& [*] E0004D+HEAD

or &CRM Service Process.User Status& [*] E0006+DHFHEAD

or &CRM Service Process.User Status& [*] E0007+DHFHEAD

or &CRM Service Process.User Status& [*] E0005+DHFHEAD

or &CRM Service Process.User Status& [*] E0009D+HEAD

) " Erlaubte Status auch im Fehlerfall

or &CRM Service Process.User Status& [*] E0006+DHFHEAD

or &CRM Service Process.User Status& [*] E0007+DHFHEAD

or &CRM Service Process.User Status& [*] E0005+DHFHEAD

or &CRM Service Process.User Status& [*] E0018+DHFHEAD

or &CRM Service Process.User Status& [*] E0009D+HEAD

or &CRM Service Process.User Status& = E0017ZDHFHEAD

or &CRM Service Process.User Status& = E0016ZDHFHEAD

Hi Federico,

Thanks for your reply. I could see the difference at line 11

) " Erlaubte Status auch im Fehlerfall

&CRM Service Process.User Status& [*] E0006+DHFHEAD

or &CRM Service Process.User Status& [*] E0007+DHFHEAD

I think at line 2 (above) the OR condition is missing. May you please tell me how I can add that. Because, when I click on the code, it is opening the condition editor, but I do not know how to add it. It seems to be in display mode only. Please help me on this.

Regards,

Faisal

Hello,

Access the condition with "Edit condition" (for that you have to be in change mode in SPPFCADM), once there click over the code, there you will access the condition editor, in the lower part double click the line with the missing or, then press or in the upper left part of the window. This editor ir a little wierd, you have to play around a little in order to learn how it works.

Best regards,

Federico.

Hi Federico,

This is to bring to your notice that, this problem was actually resolved as per your suggestions. However, when I today created Change Documents, I could not find this "Logon to System" option again!. I have not changed anything after that.

I also deleted this schedule condition and checked, still the problem persists. May you help me again?

I checked for consistency, system says, there are not errors.

Hi Federico,

Thanks for your reply. I am basically creating an Urngt Correction and looking for the action "Logon to the System". You are right, this action is not assigned to Change Request Document. This is assigned to Urgnt and Normal Corrections.

Just to complete this, the problem can also be handled with note [1481473|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1481473]!
