SAPscript page - duplex

Help!

I have a sapscript layout with FIRST page defined as duplex so that we can print our terms and conditions on the reverse side. When we fax or email, the customers do not want to see the terms and conditions so I have been asked to eliminate them only from fax or email. Yet due to the FIRST page having the duplex attribute assigned, we still get a blank page. I can see nowhere where I can programmatically change the FIRST page from duplex to simplex on an as need basis.

Does anyone know of any solution?
