Report taking long time to get available on BI portal after system refersh

Hi All,

We are using BI 7.01 ABAP + JAVA.

Recently we did system copy of PRD server and we are facing one issue when we click on any report on BI portal,,,We check in SM50 one process get started in which report name is CL_SQL_RESULT_SET=======CP with sequential reads and sometime some update also we see and after that we get error:

There was a communication problem.

Message ID

TCP_ERROR

Problem Description

The system was unable to communicate with the server.

Possible Problem Cause

The Web server may be down.

The Web server may be too busy.

The Web server may be experiencing other problems, preventing it from responding to clients.

The communication path may be experiencing problems.

Possible Solution

Try connecting to this server later.

Please suggest what could be reason of this error, As we think no process should run with so much long time in SM50 for any report.

Is there any program that we should execute after system copy so that these reports can visible easily,,,No prd these are working fine..
