how to reset local user settings

Hello , i am trying to reset a user local settings on a PC.when the user prints from another pc with the same log on user name the fonts are to it standard size but from his work station it is printing with small fonts. i tried several options but nothing works even delete sap work dir and reinstalling,. please help

Hi,

As per your query you need to delete your existing printer driver from local user computer and install again printer driver from said printer driver cd. At the time of printing said user select installed printer which is configure in SAP and driver is installed in his pc. Also go in printer configuration where you can set page setting. Please mentioned printer model here if problem no slove.
