how to get R/3 data in IVIEW

We have and EP 6.0 system running. How do I get SAP tables data or SAP reports from SAP R/3 and show them in IVIEWS. Are there any documents on this. I have PDK installed and running and I know how to create Iviews and upload par files.But I dont know how to pull data and present it on the iview
