SDK/Java Con.: connect() fails

I am making a connection with sdk-java to bisness one and

have a doubt with the SBOServer.dll file since

I do not have it in my PC and me this generating error

when using the object connect.

Question:

So that I do not have it?

It is the cause of my error?

as it I can obtain this .dll?

As I can solve this error?

The components .jar and .dll if I have them in the route:

C:\Archivos de programa\SAP Manage\SAP Business One\SDK\Java Connector\lib

SBOAPI.JAR, SBOJNI.DLL y el SBOWRAPPER.JAR

The error is:
