Comments in BPC Embedded/Integrated Planning

Hi,

We are on BW 7.4 SP14 and BPC 10.1 embedded.

We are trying to implement the comment functionality based on a document by Günter Graf - http://go.sap.com/documents/2014/10/064ef6df-537c-0010-82c7-eda71af511fa.html. The only difference as compared with the document is - we are using Composite provider instead of Multiprovider.

The strange thing is, this functionality works perfect when executed using RSRT however, when executed using Analysis Office (2.2) the session gets terminated with below error -

FIELD NEW_VALUE of TABLE BICS_PROV_RS_TX_NEW_VALUE [STRUCTURE BICS_PROV_RS_NEW_VALUE] (SETTER): cannot convert String into FLOATCannot convert "1.987654321E-300" into FLOATInput string was not in a correct format.

Can anyone throw some light on this?

Hi,

We had a upgrade of AO from 2.2 SP0 to 2.4 and issue is resolved now.
