Exclude plants from LIS updating

Greetings,

Is there a way to exclude certain plants from having LIS updating occur for inventory application of LIS? The situation is that in a retail site, most stores do not care about using LIS. However, the manufacturing plants would make good use of this. Is there a setting somewhere where LIS can exclude certain plant (or site) codes, but include specific plant / site codes?
