Leave Workflow - WS12300111 - Mail is not coming into Approver's Indox

Hi All,

I am working of Leave workflow & need to send mail to Approver's inbox. But mail is not coming into approver's mail box, even though workflow logs say its successfully sent. How can I fix it or track whts the error.

In mailing step i have used following settings:

Recipient Type - Organizational Object

Expression: &AGENT_0001.AGENTS& (approvers ID in container - AGENT_0001).

    Hello,

    As suggested, check the users's SBWP mail inbox, or try sending an email to their SAP userid yourself.

    The system can be set to forward these mails automatically to the external (internet) email address.

    See if you can find the mail in SOST; if you can then it did go to the external address.

    Hi,

    Where are you sending the mail?

    To SAP Workplace or to outlook? If its to outlook, see if the mail is visible in SOST transaction.

    If its visible there and not being sent to outlook ask your basis team to check the scot transaction settings.

    Also make sure that proper mail ID is maintained for the user in 105 infotype/User profile (SU01d).

    Hi Rajesh,

    Although I am not familiar with Leave Workflow - I suspect that your message has gone to the user's SAP Inbox, not their email inbox. If you really want to send email, why not change the recipient type 'U' for Internet Address - and then pass in the email address of the recipient instead?

    Otherwise, you could check to see that auto-forwarding is correctly set up for your users.
