User friendly URL to portal (urgent)

Hey fellow EP guru's, I am wondering if anyone has done the following or knows how to do the following:

Have a ugly url to the portal like

http://<fully qualified portal server name>:<iis port>/sapportal

And replace it with something like

http://webportal.com

Is this possible within SAP? (we don't want to build redirects inside IIS)

The anonymous login accounts are even worse, if anyone knows of a way to make them clean I would really appreciated it.
