TREX monitor

Hi,

We are on EP6.0 SP2 P03 HF02 / CM6.0 SP2 P03 HF01 / TREX 6.0 SP1 P03 HF01 .

Has anybody else experienced this?

I'm having problems with the TREX monitor. Except for the Server Status\HTTP Server (green light) I don't see anything else. I have no entry in the Queue Server list, and I don't see a possible list of indexes on the other pages (Display Queues, Display Queue Entries, Edit Queue Parameter, etc.) Is there anything I need to do to enable these options?

We don't have a nameserver in this setup and the Administration section of the trexjavaclient.properties file has the following entries:

******

#############################################################

  1. Administration #

#############################################################

admin.httpserver.0.address = http://<httpserver>:8353/TREXHttpServer/TREXHttpServer.dll?

admin.httpserver.0.isactive = true

admin.indexserver.0.address = <indexserver>:8351

admin.indexserver.0.isactive = true

admin.queueserver.0.address = <queueserver>:8352

admin.queueserver.0.isactive = true

******

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Gabor

    Hi Gabor,

    as you are using the variables <indexserver> and <httpserever>, etc. instead of specific machine names or IPs:

    Are the values for these (the addresses) maintained in config.properties and/or configlocal.properties in CM?

    Regards,

    Karsten
