error in executing iView

hi all,

i imported iview into portal 5.0 after publishining an iView from web application designer. But, when am executing iView in portal, I am getting this error.

Component cannot be rendered

Error in SAPApplication component occured

my iView is under the folder "BW Web Applications" in the channel list.

other iViews which are in the folders "additional iViews", "BW queries", "default iviews" etc...are working fine. please help me what am doing wrong.

this is what i did. created web template and published (saved) an iView file from web application designer.

imported iView file into portal.

could any one please let me know the various types of basic types to publish a web template into portal.
