sap DBACOCKPIT not displaying anything

hi all,

i have installed MI7.1 on windows with oracle , and upgraded the sps package fron 04 to 09.

now when i try to access the DBACOCKPIT there i am not able to get any statistics.need your help on this.

Execute DB stats from brtools and let us know.

Executing DB Stats will not help here.

the exact problem and solution is explained in sap note SAP Note 1002840 - No data or obsolete data in DB Space
